Zoë Bennett, a successful and busy hair stylist for 15 years, has opened up a studio in her home near St Ann's Well Park in Hove. Having worked in highly respected salons in Buckinghamshire, London and Brighton she decided to go solo post the Covid pandemic. Highly competent in colour and cutting after working with some of the best brands in the industry, she was excited to go it alone. Always diligent in giving the best possible one to one service alongside an enthusiasm for natural and sustainable products, her studio is a relaxed, safe and warm environment to cater to all your hair needs: colour, cut and styling. Prices for colour are best given on consultation. I charge for the amount of time and colour used to keep things fair and affordable. Every appointment is completely one to one, with plenty of time allotted to each client.

Cancellation Policy
​
Please be aware that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment slot. This also accounts for instances when a colour and cut slot has been booked but only one service is wanted, appointments will still be charged for the time that's been allotted.
As I'm lucky enough to be so busy, I time my appointments meticulously so I can see as many people as possible whilst still having a deep, thorough consultation and giving a service that never feels rushed. This means I have a window of 15 minutes for lateness, anything later and we may need to reschedule for another time.

NATURAL HAIR COLOUR
I think it’s incredibly important to use natural professional hair care thats sustainable and makes your hair feel and look amazing. For those interested, I use vegan hair colour - an entirely PPD and ammonia free range, 98% naturally derived. Awarded the ‘360 Biocert standard’ guaranteeing environmentally friendly ingredients alongside recyclable materials and using sustainable manufacturing. The colour leaves your hair feeling shiny, healthy and hydrated and is safe for the most sensitive of scalps.
Maria Nila and Olaplex
In keeping with the spirit of my studio, I use natural hair care company Maria Nila for shampooing and styling. A beautiful Swedish brand, its 100% vegan and cruelty free. For hair that needs more in-depth conditioning, hydration and repair I use Olaplex, also 100% vegan, free of sulphates and parabens.
A WORD ON COVID
I always aim to make people feel as comfortable as possible while getting their hair done. That means making them feel safe and reassuring them that all necessary precautions have been taken to ensure a clean and healthy environment for them to relax in. The studio and all equipment I use is regularly cleaned and sanitised. I have PPE for myself and clients to wear, if needed, and a large window to give a fresh flow of air. You will only come into contact with me and have use of the studio and bathroom during your visit. No more feeling intimidated and rushed in a stuffy salon full of people. Fully insured too.
